Description:
Stadtbau Ettlingen GmbH intends the construction of a 4-story residential building with ten residential units on the property 5672 (Dieselstrasse 67) in 76275 Ettlingen.
The subject of this tender is the general planning services for the project.
The aim of the project is in the framework the wooden building offensive Ettlingen, the construction of a modern and sustainable residential building. Ten eligible residential units are planned with one to three rooms that group around a centrally located staircase. The compact
