Description:
The tense housing market situation in the Oberallgau district but also in the Sulzberg market makes it increasingly difficult to find suitable living space for low -income people. In conjunction with the state funding opportunity of the municipal living space funding program (KommWfP) Sulzberg provide new apartments on a property in his possession. _____
The property has a size of 3,585 m2 and is part of a new building area on the northeastern outskirts of Sulzberg-Moosbach. The Moosbach district is located north of the Rott axse, one only in 1992 Artificially created reservoirs, who are very popular with bathers, water sports enthusiasts and nature lovers.
