Description:
The construction project involves the construction of a new dormitory for 24 people with disabilities with corresponding resident rooms for three residential groups, general rooms and staff rooms. The residential facility of Lebenshilfe Ostallgau e.V. is an institution in the sense of the relevant Provisions of the Social Code (SGB) IX, for adults who are dependent on a shared living situation because of their disability, i.e. who need integration assistance for people with disabilities.
The building is to be built in solid construction (masonry and reinforced concrete) with a green flat roof, photovoltaic system and ventilated wooden facade. The almost square building with an orientation on all sides has an internal atrium.
