Description:
The construction project involves the construction of a new dormitory for 24 people with disabilities with corresponding resident rooms for three residential groups, general rooms and staff rooms. The residential facility of Lebenshilfe Ostallgäu e.V. is one Facility in the sense of the relevant provisions of the Social Code (SGB) IX, for adults who are dependent on a shared living situation due to their disability, i.e. integration assistance for people with disabilities need. A two-story building with a partial basement is planned. The building is to be constructed in solid construction (masonry and reinforced concrete) with a green flat roof, photovoltaic system and ventilated wooden facade. Almost that square building with orientation on all sides will have an internal atrium. Interior doors INTERIOR DOORS: Full-chip door with surface HPL laminate, door leaf with blunt hinge, steel frame (painted on site), some with cutouts, impact protection Stainless steel approx. 30cm, - Interior doors without fire protection: 51 pieces in star, MW and TB walls: --- 24 pieces 1.385x2.135m, 2-wing. Door leaf, with 13x revolving door drive, --- 27 pieces approx. 1.01-1.26m x 2.01-2.13m, 1-wing. door leaf - Interior doors with fire protection: 3 pieces, with overhead door closer, SLIDING DOORS: Full-chip door with surface HPL laminate, steel frame (painted on site), impact protection stainless steel approx. 30cm, - 30 pieces in TB or MW, 1.135x2.01-2.135m, running in front of the wall - 2 pieces...
