New construction of a school complex on Roither Weg with amalgamation of the primary and middle schools into learning houses, new construction of a three-field sports hall with outdoor sports facilities and general renovation of the specialist classroom wing, specialist space planning
The project includes the redesign of the Wenzenbach school campus in 4 construction phases,in which parts of the existing middle school will first be demolished in order to clear the construction site for the planned buildings. In the first construction phase, after the first partial demolitions, the primary school learning center with a partial basement and two floors above ground will be built. In the basement this oneThe learning house will house the entire public access to the school campus as well as the heat supply systems. The second construction phase will again involve partial demolition of the existing building with safetyld sports hall with spectator stands. According to the current planning status, this will be built in the area of the school's existing outdoor sports facilities, south of the existing Zweidhalle. This existing sports hall, as well as large parts of the existing school building, will be demolished in the third construction phaseto create the construction site for the primary school's learning center. Similar to the middle school learning center, this will be built partly with a basement and two floors above ground.
