The city of Schwedt/or plans it Construction of a service and transformation building in the western area of the previous bus station in Schwedt (ZOB). The new building is to be realized as a four -storey structural construction made of steel with the outer dimensions of approx. 39 meters by 31.5 meters. The gross base area of the new building is over all Floors are approx. 4200 square meters. The new building is planned in a structural grid of 3.75 x 7.00 - 8.00 m. The flexible steel skeleton made of supports and straps is supplemented by elemented boarding wood ceilings. The vertical stiffening of the building is carried out by diagonal arranged carrier. Local concrete is used for the foundation. The high-elemented post-bar facade receives window elements with triple glazing. All closed surfaces consist of disassembly, highly insulated wooden stand walls with facade sheets. The inner walls are mainly executed in dry construction. A geothermal system with heat pump supplies the building with warmth in winter and ensures moderate cooling in summer.
