Description:
The subject of this award procedure are all services in structural planning in accordance with Part 4 Section 1 HOAI 2021, which are necessary to plan and carry out the new construction of the Marpingen primary school.
At the beginning of 2024, the municipality of Marpingen for the continuation of the primary school project decided. In order to be able to build the planned new elementary school, the existing sports home of FC Hellas, which is already getting on in years, must be relocated. The new sports home is to be attached to the existing sports hall on the opposite side of the sports field. Goal is The establishment of an energy -efficient building with barrier -free access, in the form of an extension to the sports hall, which is to provide a barrier -free access via the new building to the sports hall. With regard to the gastronomic use in the sports home and in the sports hall Synergy effects are used.
The basis for the parallel services of the object planning buildings are the existing preliminary planning (Appendix B5) and the spatial program (Appendix B6). The further planning can be set up on this preliminary planning, while the commissioned planning team possible Opening optimization/improvement potential within the given space program.
