Description:
With the present tender, the client intends to award the project control services for the project "New construction State Fire Brigade and Disaster Protection School including fire brigade center (LFKS)" in Homburg in the Zunderbaum industrial park. Specifically, in the course of the construction work, the following Buildings are planned and built: - a school building, with an apprenticeship, dining room, administration and fire service center - a practice area - technology building and development objects. In this respect, it is intended to determine a project tax person who Project does justice to the project and is able to lead the project to success in close coordination with the client. For this purpose, it is intended to conclude a step contract based on the phases of AHO Issue No. 9.
