Description: In the course of the new building of the Vocational School 1 in Bayreuth, Kerschensteinerstraße 6, 95448 Bayreuth, provisional achievements must be carried out in ongoing school operations prior to the first construction phase. The existing school building was built in several construction sections (built in 1956 to 1978). The total area of the vocational school is approximately 24,481 m² and extends over three storeys and basement (only partial cellar).
Before termination of the first construction phase, the existing school building must be temporarily supplied with heating and drinking water. For this purpose, the urban plants, each of a grounded gas and drinking water pipe, is relocated to the gas and drinking water containers. After completion of the provisional, the existing building with gas, drinking water and heating is shut down and a part of the existing building (BA 1) are demolished.
