Description: In the course of the new building of the Vocational School 1 in Bayreuth, Kerschensteinerstraße 6, 95448 Bayreuth, provisional achievements must be carried out in ongoing school operations prior to the first construction phase. The existing school building was built in several construction sections (built in 1956 to 1978). The total area of the vocational school is about 24,480 m² and extends over three storeys and basement (only partial cellar).
For the provisional a mobile heating center is built. The mobile heating center is to be ordered, delivered and built as a purchase variant. For any delivery bottlenecks in the purchase variant, a mobile rental heating container is to be ordered temporarily, delivered and removed after ready-assembly and conversion to the purchase variant.
