Description:
The demolition, stock and new construction of the state vocational school I in Bayreuth extends over three construction phases. The scope of services of the tendering unit of laboratory tables and furnishings extends over the construction phase BA1 and can contain sampling in advance. All laboratory tables and buildings arebrought from the supplier on the rooms of the 2nd floor and fully assembled and adjusted into four different rooms according to the plans. The delivery and structure may be carried out in several phases in consultation with the responsible subject teachers. This is followed by the commissioning/test of allFunctions and instruction to operate the individual components per room. The scope of delivery includes a maintenance service for 48 months for all equipment described. The actual services and minimum requirements for the laboratory tables and furnishings including wiring are described.In the course of the cabling, the electrical intersections are available. The coordination surcharges with the electro or construction trade must be calculated with the positions. The available construction site (security area) is limited, the existing existing buildings are duringwork in use. The assembly concept must be set up in accordance with the cramped local conditions.
