The new utility technology building VTII is to be built at the Helmholtz Center Berlin for Materials and Energy GmbH in Berlin Adlershof. The new building will be constructed as a compact reinforced concrete storey building and will have rear ventilation Exterior wall cladding as a suspended wooden facade. Heating/cooling The new utility technology building VTII is to be built at the Helmholtz Center Berlin for Materials and Energy GmbH in Berlin Adlershof. Heating and heating systems should be installed in the building Refrigeration systems and gratings are installed in shafts, consisting of: -approx. 780 m heating cable DN15 - DN200 made of black steel pipe; Connection by welding, including molded parts, fixing insulation made of mineral wool according to GEG -dynamic Pressure maintenance station -5 pumps -approx. 110 fittings -Distributor with insulation and vibration damping -21 radiators -Grid cover for shafts (steel construction) The refrigeration system includes the following services: -1 piece chiller 600 kW, air-cooled -1 pc Plate heat exchanger 600 KW -1 pc.
