- The new utility technology building VTII is to be built at the Helmholtz Center Berlin for Materials and Energy GmbH in Berlin Adlershof. The new building will be constructed as a compact reinforced concrete storey building and will have rear ventilation Exterior wall cladding as a suspended wooden facade. Ventilation The new utility technology building VTII is to be built at the Helmholtz Center Berlin for Materials and Energy GmbH in Berlin Adlershof. Ventilation systems should be installed in the building be installed, consisting of: -2 partial climate central units up to 2,300 m³/h, stacked, without humidification, with heat recovery, hygienic design, building dynamic requirements -Central fans: 1 piece 6000 m³/h; 4 pieces 100 m³/h -Circulating air cooler water-cooled: 1 piece 60 kW for switchgear room; 9 pieces up to approx. 8 kW -46 pieces of flaps up to DN 250 with electric drive (fire protection, smoke protection) -44 pieces of volume flow regulators up to DN 160 -other components such as silencers, air outlets, weather protection grille etc. -approx. 180 m² galvanized ventilation duct -approx. 390 m galvanized spiral folded pipe up to DN 315 including fittings -Elastomeric foam insulation, thermal insulation mineral wool Doc Title: New construction of supply technology building VTII Contract Type: works
