New construction of technology center at the NDT main location Bad Schussenried, Electric
In 2023, the NDT South Wuerttemberg developed a concept for integrating renewable energies in heat generation at the Bad Schussenried location in Togetherardeveloped in collaboration with an engineering office. Various variants (e.g. heat pump, biomass, solar thermal energy with heat storage, etc.) were set up and examined. As a result, the study according to LP 1-2 § 55 HOAI results in a concept that increasingly relies on biomass as a fuel.
Here willThe following staged concept was proposed:
Stage 1:
- Construction of the new technology center (size for final expansion)
- Construction of the connecting district heating pipe from the old to the new technology center
- Hydraulic integration of the new technology center
- 1x 1.5MW wood chip boiler
As a result, maintenance learns andthe building management knows the wood burning in the company.
Stage 2:
- 2x 115kW (thermal) wood chip CHP plants are added
Stage 3 - Final expansion:
- 1x 1.5MW wood chip boiler (target peak load of 3 MW is completely powered by renewable energies covered)
In the current procedure, the specialist planning services HHeating/ventilation/sanitary, electrical and MSR awarded in order to continue the planning process until at least LP 3.
The decision to implement the measure depends, among other things, on the result of the cost calculation
