The core of this study was to summarize the current space requirements future school location. The space requirements of a three-class primary school were examined, taking into account the legal right to all-day care, the resulting additional space requirements and the selection of a suitable future one school location. Based on the study and the political decisions made, it was decided to build the new three-class elementary school on the existing school property at the Tolk location. The existing school building must first be renovated be dismantled. The existing two-field sports hall will be retained and integrated into the new building. Special note: The measure must be completed by the end of 2029 due to funding requirements. The subject of the award procedure is: Specialist planning of technical equipment in accordance with Section 55 HOAI. The commissioning takes place in stages. For this purpose, planning offices that cover the above-mentioned range of services and have compared them in the past are invited to take part in the competition.
