In the coming years, the network company Duesseldorf mbH (AG) intends to renew the energy supply in the Duesseldorf district of Flingern in the Duesseldorf district and to connect new customers to the network. As part of this measure, a new U79 substation in interior technology is to be built. Description U79 Flingern: The U79 substation is located on the grounds of the Business Court of SWD AG am Higherweg 200, in the Duesseldorf-Flingern district. It is a central system in the high -voltage network of the Netzgesellschaft Duesseldorf mbH. According to DIN 277, the building comprises a built -up area of approx. 1600 m2, A gross base area of approx. 4,000 m2 and a gross space of approx. 20,000 m3. The building consists of three floors (EG, 1. and 2nd floor) and a basement. The transformers are located on the ground floor. In the basement the cables run to the individual switchgear and are the battery room and the network station planned. In addition to the staircase and the configuration room, a washing and changing room as well as the PV room are arranged on the first floor. In the building, a multifunctional room including the associated adjoining rooms was planned in the building. The 2nd upper floor has one Separate entrance and is to be used for events and events (especially training courses and seminars) of up to 200 visitors.
