Description:
The Federal Real Estate Agency (BIMA) is planning to build a temporary visitor toilet (BWC) and a temporary ticket offset switch (TAS). They are built in the Berlin government district at the Tiergarten, north of Scheidemannstrasse on the southern edge of the Republic Square for a period of seven years.
The basis for approval law is the present building permit (simplified building permit procedure, as of 16.08.23), the urban development contract, as well as voting to the competent authorities.
Applications for special use of public streets and for an exception to use a public green area were submitted to the district's road and green space office. Approval is promised, but is not yet available.
The total construction work to be awarded are divided into seven lots. The bidder is free to submit an offer for one, several or all lots.
