General contractor services for the project "New construction vocational school center for electrical engineering and 4-field sports hall, Boxberger Strasse 1, 01239 Dresden".
Already The draft planning and the building application are available.
The fire protection test report and the building permit are currently being prepared and will be submitted later in the process.
The general contractor services therefore begin with the implementation planning according to HOAI and include the planning and Construction and turnkey completion of the three sub-projects: school building (TO1), sports hall (TO2) and outdoor areas (TO3).
The client assigns preparatory measures separately in advance.
This includes species protection measures before the demolition of the existing buildings, tree felling in accordance with the felling application and the demolition work of the existing buildings (TO4).
