Description:
The city of Flensburg intends to build a new building for the Tarup volunteer fire brigade. The services of the service phases 1-9 technical equipment according to HOAI 2021 Part 4 Section 2 §§ 53-56 are awarded using this award procedure (award. 178/2025). The new construction of the volunteer fire brigade comprises a 1 -storey coache with space for 5 vehicles, which connects directly to a 2 -storey part of the building in which the warehouse, changing room and social areas accommodate are. The new building is to be carried out as a solid building. The new building is planned on an urban property that has not yet been built on. The building is a solid building that has a tool resource building as a model. The city of Flensburg has together with the management of the volunteer fire brigade A building developed, which will be used as the standard for further new tool buildings by voluntary fire departments in the area of Flensburg. A building of the same type and equipment is currently being realized at another location in Flensburg. The completed LPH 2/ LPH 3 proportionate / LPH 4 proportionate / LPH 5 / LPH 6 proportionate and should be the basis for the advertised services.
