Description:
AWO Niedersachsen gGmbH plans the new building and modernization/renovation of your clinic for gerontopsychiatry with five stations. After completion of the clinic, it mainly consists of a new component with the clinical stations and a renovated old building part with a predominant Office uses. The renovated old component corresponds to approx. 40 % of the existing old building substance/ clinic B/ gerontopsychiatry. The construction project is planned in several construction phases, in the ongoing operation of the Geronto clinic.

1. BA - Extension House B and new building 1.BA adjacent to that Existing building of Clinic B (4 stations with a protected station), the 1st BA/ new building is to be built for three stations. It is planned here one New additional station for gerontopsychiatry. Two stops from the old building are housed in the new building. These stations receive completely new care areas with modern patient rooms and bathrooms in the new construction tract. After completion, three stations move from the old building in the new building. One station remains in the old building. The old building is expanded to clinic A. 2. BA - New building 2.
