Description:
The municipality of Weissenbrunn is planning to build a fire station for the Thonberg and Reuth districts on the municipality's own property in Thonberg. The building is planned as a shared facility for the two fire departments, with 3 parking spaces 12.50 m x 4.50 m. The planning takes this into account Possibility of building an additional 4th parking space of the same size.
The building consists of 2 components, the ground floor vehicle hall with workshop and a 2-story social wing.
The parts of the building do not have a basement and there is little base filling in the valley area under parts of the workshop, technical rooms and the women's changing rooms.
The building is to be constructed using mixed construction, masonry construction with prefabricated reinforced concrete elements.
The roof covering with sheet metal covering on the sub-roof with coupling purlins with full rafter insulation between the necessary truss construction.
Fire station as a conventionally constructed solid building in a mixed construction of prefabricated parts, masonry construction and reinforced concrete ceilings. Roof construction with BSH trusses in the hall and social building with roof substructure made of coupling purlins between the beams, with full rafter insulation, full formwork with standing seam roof on both buildings. The hall area must be designed to be column-free.
