The order includes the planning services free facilities according to § 38 ff HOAI in connection with Appendix 11 HOAI, performance phases 1-9 for the construction of a new workshop for people with disabilities (WfBM) with 48 places in Gundelfingen a. d. Donau.
The Regens Wagner Foundation Dillingen, as the legal entity of RegensWagner Dillingen, represented by the directorate of the Regens Wagner foundations, intends to build a new building for people with disabilities (WFBM) with 48 places in Gundelfinde a. d. Danube. By letter dated May 19, 2017, the Schwaben district has an expansion of the workshops of theRegens-Wagner workshops Dillingen at the Dillingen and Gundelfingen location for 48 places for 228 places. A profitability consideration carried out came to the conclusion that the structural implementation should be carried out by means of a new building.
