Construction services:
Plant construction (lot 1)
- 2 natural gas CHP modules of 2.5 MWel each including accessories
- 1 piece NH3 heat pump 1.3 MWth
- 4 pcs. heat pump air coolers each 260 kW
- 2 pcs. gas boilers each 3.3 MW with accessories
- 1 pc. Electric boiler 0.9 MWth
- PV roof system
- 2 heat storage units of 150 m3 each
- 4-pipe fireplace system, H 18.5 m
- Pressurization, water treatment
- Complete pipeline construction including pumps, fittings and insulation
- Air conditioning systems
- LV/MS/transformer system (2 transformers of 3,150 each kVA, 1 transformer 400 kVA)
- Complete higher-level system control
The scope of the tender includes complete, ready-to-use creation the iCHP system (delivery, installation, assembly and commissioning).
The building construction side Services (KG 300) are not part of the scope of this tender and are provided by the customer.
