New equipment Mensakueche
The equipment is designed for a Freeze & Cook kitchen. In addition to a TK cold room with storage shelves, two more refrigerators for storing the delivered are Goods set up. The dishwashing road, equipped with a hood dishwasher, inflow table and hand washing pouring pool combination, is spatially separated from the pure area of the kitchen and accessible through a sliding door. A further hand washer output pool combination is located right next to the Personnel access of the cafeteria employee. An electric stove for warming up soups in individual cases, forms the work area on the left of the expenses area with a work cabinet, substructure scale, wall-mounted cabinet and commercial cupboard. Plate dispenser, one Cooling showcases for the individual withdrawal of the students and a output counter with heat output ads are available in the canteen output area. The food preparation is made by combined steam devices provided.
