Description:
The Westphalian-Lippische Vermoegensverwaltung mbH (WLV) supports the Duesseldorf State Archives at the Detmold location, the city of Detmold and the district of Lippe with a project for the re-establishment of a deposit building with approx. 16,000 sqm BGF. According to the current estimate, the construction costs are around EUR 45 million. The depot, for which a property is currently purchased by the WLV, will be available to the state archive as well as the city of Detmold and the district of Lippe in the future. The construction and property company NRW Bielefeld has in common in 2020/2021 created with the users. As a result, there is a room and functional program, a requirement room book and an area layout for the plot of Temdestrasse/Bahnhofstrasse (parcels 280/278/236). The functional assignment/organization of the magazine is not finally clarified. Make the magazine approx. 75% of the total area requirements. In relation to these plans, the city of Detmold has set up the development plan 01-86a "Temde West". The WLV intends that the necessary planning and construction work (in the form of a total entrepreneur) for the new construction of the state archive at the location Detmold in the form of a negotiation procedure according to VOB/A - EU as a Europe -wide procedure with prior participation competition and to be awarded.
