The city of Donauwoerth intends to reorganize the landscape plan with an integrated landscape plan. The currently legally effective land use plan dates from 2001 and lost in the meantime around 60 changes. Furthermore, the new integrated urban development conceptCompleted for the city of Donauwoerth at the end of 2023, which includes parameters, guidelines and recommendations regarding future urban development. The task of reorganizing the land use plan is faced with the challenge of living, commercial, transport and agriculturalConditions with the requirements for a healthy living and working environment, the concerns of environmental and nature conservation, climate adjustment and flood protection, especially in view of the latest heavy rain and flood events. - the requirements for the land use plandetermine according to § 5 BauGB and consist of the components of the drawing presentation, the reason and the environmental report as a special part of the reason.
