Description:
The city of Ruedesheim am Rhein is planning a new building for the Kernstadt fire station. The available property is in an exposed location directly at the entrance to the town of Ruedesheim. This opens up scope for sophisticated architectural and urban planning Design, which is of particular importance with regard to the urban development potential of the new location. The spatial program covers a usable area of around 3,000 m2, the property size is 7,570 m2. Collaborative architects are invited to apply with landscape architects. The selection of these teams (Stage 1) follows the technical criteria set out in the appendices to this announcement. As part of the procurement process, participants in level 2 are given a contract to process a contract at the same time as they are invited to submit an offer The task will be given with a suggested solution. The participants in level 2 are expected to receive the task, including the documents required to develop the proposed solution, by December 3rd, 2025. The bidders receive money for developing a proposed solution (multiple assignment) a flat fee of EUR 43,500 (net) each. The deadline for submitting an offer is February 24, 2025. The client hopes for a clever and sustainable design that highlights the development potential of the area, meets the functional requirements in the best possible way and... economic implementation possible. The proposed solution is to be presented in a size of 1:200 with a section of 1:50. Two external perspectives and a model on a scale of 1:500 are also requested. The order also includes the submission of a cost estimate in accordance with DIN 276.
