- New heat supply system in the Offenbach network area, Andréstrasse campus Provision of all services for the implementation of a heat supply system as part of a functional general contractor contract. The subject of the award procedure is the provision all services for the implementation of a heat supply system as part of a functional general contractor contract. This includes in particular the completion of the existing design and approval planning in accordance with Description of services and the interface list, the creation of the complete implementation, work and assembly planning, the delivery, construction and commissioning of the system as well as the implementation of training measures and the creation of the complete final documentation. The heat supply system essentially consists of a large industrial heat pump to use waste heat from a data center and hot water generators to cover the peak and reserve heat load. The project is completed, among other things, by a water treatment system, the higher-level electrical and control technology, the district heating network system and the construction of the required buildings. The service is provided as a complete turnkey service forgive.
