- The city of Stadtlohn intends to build a elementary school on the Hindenburgallee 10 property. A three -tier primary school is planned for approx. 324 schoolchildren and approx. 40 employees as school staff. Furthermore, a cafeteria with a warm -up kitchen for the midday supply is the schoolchildren planned. The building is two -storey and not lower cellar. On the ground floor there are overarching school rooms, a cafeteria with a kitchen, the administration and technology center. In 4 "clusters", classrooms are grouped around an "open learning area" in 4 "clusters arranged. Large terraces are cut into the upper floor of the building, which can be used as free classes. The load -bearing constructions are created as solid construction, reinforced concrete and masonry. The ceilings are planned from reinforced concrete as massive reinforced concrete ceilings with lines. The flat roof above the upper floor is equipped as a green "retention roof" with optimized rainwater retention. Parts of the roof are equipped with photovoltaic systems.
