The Helmholtz Institute for RNA-based infection research (Hiri) is a joint research center at the Julius Maximillians University in Wuerzburg and the Helmholtz Center for Infection Research, HZI in Braunschweig. The building plot for the new Hiri building is located in the Grombuehl district inWuerzburg on Josef-Schneider-Strasse represents an 'island location' within the historical campus of the University Hospital in Wuerzburg (VHF), which is located on the slope of the Lindleinsberg and falls off in a south-southeast direction to the Pleichertal valley. The property area is 4,280 m2, the building isOn a gross area of new construction of 2,189 m2, a gross floor area of new construction of 10,863 m2, a building height of 21.95 m / 17.75 m and on a number of full floors: 5/4. The subject of this tender is the assembly of pipe frame and steel milling elements for the new constructionDescribed research building: - pipe frame elements approx. 70 pieces - sheet steel elements approx. 45 pieces - system partition walls 7 pcs. - Fire protection sliding gate 1 pc.
