• New Kirchhatten primary school building The subject of the order to be awarded here are planning services and construction services (total contractor services) based on a functional service description. The content of the tendered service is the new building Kirchhatten primary school. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Planung und Errichtung eines Neubaus für die Grundschule Kirchhatten auf dem hierfür vorgesehenen Grundstück (zukünftig Schulstraße 9a, Kirchhatten). The client of the project is the municipality of Hatten. After intensive preliminary consultation, the council of the Hatten community decided at its meeting on October 13, 2022 to rebuild the Kirchhatten elementary school. The background to this decision is the structural and functional condition of the existing school only meets the current requirements for modern, all-day primary school operations to a limited extent. There is a need for adjustments, particularly with regard to the all-day operation required in the future, which the new building takes into account should be worn.
