General planning services for the redesign of the Neue Mitte in Werlte (property planning of open-air facilities, traffic facilities and engineering structures as well as specialist planning of technical equipment in open-air facilities)
New Middle Werlte
As part of the new construction of the town hall and the redesign of the Werlt city center Approximately 2.5 hectares of inner-city streets, paths and squares will be replanned and redesigned according to a uniform concept. A cost estimate for the implementation of the entire project resulted in total construction costs of around. 5.0 million euros net. The city intends to carry out the following planning services: As part of an award procedure (general planning): - Object planning for outdoor facilities (§ 39 HOAI), LPH 1-4 (optional 5-8/9 in sections) - Object planning for traffic facilities (§ 47 HOAI), LPH 1-4 (optional 5-8/9 in sections) - Object planning for engineering structures (§ 43 HOAI), LPH 1-4 (optional 5-8/9 in sections) - Specialist planning of technical equipment in open-air facilities (§ 55 HOAI), LPH 1-4 (optional 5-8/9 in sections) The client reserves the right to commission individual or several service phases in stages and sections until the construction work is completed. A legal claim There is no obligation to commission the entire service. Once the order has been placed, processing must begin immediately. Target start of construction - completion: December 2026 - April 2032
