Heating systems
Heating installation of a partial new MINT building:
Connection of the heating system of approx. 150 kW to the existing local heating supply,
For this purpose, a distributor is set up with 3 heating circuits for the radiator heaters and the heating registers of the air conditioning technology. The primary side connection is DN 65is made from welded boiling tubes and fittings.
The heat is distributed accordingly. The radiator heating (approx. 130 kW) supplies 20 classrooms, with the tube radiators being placed in front of the window fronts. The radiators are installed in the toilets, adjoining rooms and hallwaysusually mounted on wall surfaces.
There are a total of 74 tube radiators, the mounting according to VDI 6036 must be observed. The piping takes place in the Tichelmann system. To do this, approx. 2,000 m of insulated stainless steel pipes must be laid in the screed as a pressing system DN 10 to DN 25.
In the boiler room, betweenFrom the ceilings and risers to the distributors, 700 m of stainless steel pipe is laid as a pressing system DN 15 to DN 50.
