• Awarding screed work This tender is an EU-wide award. The subject of this tender is the screed work for the construction project “New primary school on the Ruhr” in Essen. The building plot is located on Mintarder Weg 43, 45219 Essen, Kettwig district, corridor 54, parcel 166. The city of Essen is putting the screeding work for the new building of the primary school on the Ruhr out to tender. The subject of the tender is all screed work including heated screed, Separating and insulating layers, recesses, joints, built-in parts, seals in kitchen areas, coating work as well as complete documentation and other services according to the list of services. The execution has to take into account the Sustainability requirements in accordance with BNB (goal: silver certification). This particularly includes documentation requirements such as product records, certificates, safety data sheets and pendulum lists. The scope of services includes in particular: ? preparatory underground work, ? Filling work and crack repairs, ? Height leveling, ? Installation of separating layers and insulation layers, ? Production of different types of screed, ? Recesses as well as joint and connection work, ? Installation of built-in parts, ? Gradient training, ? Screed reinforcement and post-treatment, ? Sealing in kitchen areas, ? Coating work including epoxy resin sealing with associated testing. Complete documentation of all products including quantity and Manufacturer information must be created.
