• See first at 2.1. In order to remedy the existing structural weaknesses, a target plan was developed which has already been coordinated with the funding body's audit authorities. There will be three stations (South U1, South U2, South U3). Structural adjustments must be made to the existing South U1 and U2 stations. For these closed station areas, an open space near the station is to be created in the form of a secured balcony, which will be attached to the existing building. In order to set up another station on the south level U3, the existing spatial structure must first be dismantled, as this was previously used for purposes other than the station (dialysis). In addition to the open areas near the station for the “protected stations” (Balcony) a publicly accessible outdoor area for the patients of the open wards is to be created in the immediate vicinity of the psychiatric building. For this purpose, an area currently used as a gravel parking zone must be upgraded. It should be noted that the measures described must be implemented during ongoing clinic operations. For this purpose, a suitable structural and technical implementation concept must be developed.
