- The Hanseatic city of Verlam is planning the new building for the regional
information and tourism center (Ritz) as part of the overall conversion
and renovation of the Nikolaikirche as well as integration of the Otto Lilienthal Museum. For
the new building of the Ritz is a building that is elongated in the east-west directionTwo
above -ground floors, a basement and flat roof with dimensions of
approx. 62m x 9m planned in the floor plan.For the so -called city paravent. In the basic construction, this consists of pre -gray
wooden elements. Casettes with stretch metal filling are inserted into the fields in between.
In addition, a total of 4 doors are to be implemented in the look of the stretch metal fields.
