Description: Services according to HOAI § 34 object planning and § 39 outdoor facilities in stages up to performance phase 8 The LSB M-V intends to rebuild the sports school in Warnemünde with sports / boat hall on its own property. The current existing building of the Warnemünde sports school will be demolished for this purpose. The sports school with sports / boat hall has a space requirement of around 5,200 m2 gross floor area. The rough cost estimate for the construction costs (KG200-600) excluding the demolition costs is expected to be around 10 500 000 EUR net.
The sports school is not a facility in the sense of the School Act M-V but an education and training center of the LSB M-V with training, training and accommodation rooms.
