For the construction period, the uses accommodated in the Bosslerstrasse 5 existing building body are retained. The one in the schoolyard Seated module buildings are dismantled or located elsewhere. The central internal horizontal and vertical development of the new building is arranged at the central interface of the building and can be reached directly from the external development areas. All areas of the system can be intuitively reached from the central access. The system presents itself at the access as a transparent place where the boundaries between the outside and inside merge fluently. The central access area is designed across all floors as a lounge area in the multiple uses can be mapped. Due to the central location of the development elements, the new building across all floors can be accessed barrier -free.
