The order includes the planning services of technical equipment according to § 53 ff HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 15 HOAI-Elt, ALG 4-6, performance phases 1-9 for a new/conversion of the fire station in Landau an der Isar.

The fire station existing today, existing From two individual buildings, the 1973 construction phase was completed, the 2nd construction phase (vehicle hall with respiratory protection workshop) approx. 1995.
