Standard-Roll wedge shooter and gate outside of the Niegripp lock As part of this construction work, the following work should be carried out: --------------------------------------------------------------- ------ ---- ---------rolling wedge scorer each each external and internal chief-disassembly of the existing roller wedge shooters and their guide rails,Seal frame and drives - adaptation of the already manufactured roller wedge scorer to the new drive cylinder - production and assembly sealing frame and rail system - Production of the cardan frame and the relocation for the drive cylinder - assembly of all assemblies (rolling wedge shooter, guide rails,Seal frame, drive cylinder (is attached), cardan frame and relocation)-Functional testing-corrosion protection ------------------------- Temporary storage of the outer lift gate on a suitable construction-Measuring the weight exterior gate and the counter weight-disassemblyof the gate guide-manufacture of adjustable guide rails and suspension guidelines-partial renewal of the gate drive-exchange of seals and sliding strips-corrosion protection work-function test-delivery joint tooth rang as spare part ------------------Inner head-renewal of the lower gate management including corrosion protection ------------------------- renovation, renewal-renewal of the concrete components for roller wedge shooters (sealing frame and running splints)-Renewal of the protective shaft walls-concrete repair measures in the circulation channels-Crack printing of existing cracks in the circulation channels ------------------------------------------------- corrosion protection on the construction site-renewal of the corrosion protection of various edge protection components on the construction site on the inner head and at the outside of the outside
