• Description:
• The main tasks for the selected service provider are listed below. The "Responsibility" facility shows a detailed overview of the services to be provided. 1.1.1. Compliance with all current conditions and the requirements of the regulatory office to be observed (e.g. approaches, fire brigade movement zones, etc.): Planning and groove concept of a campaign tent with the largest possible usable area on Schadowplatz. A performance that is as valuable is desired (e.g. generous height, floor lag/carpet floors, as possible "transparent" side cladding, as possible atmospheric light illumination, etc.). The tent should convey the most generous feeling of space as possible - no string of small pagoda or folding tents. Planning and usage concept for the specified areas in the university's house. 1.1.2. Occupation of all necessary Approval for the creation and operation of the Ak-Lunge tent (e.g. regulatory office, building authority, fire brigade, etc.). 1.1.3 Detailed planning for the implementation and operation of the action tent including the necessary infrastructure (e.g. leveling the soil for the tent, energy supply, Barrier-free toilet on Schadowplatz, WiFi, waste disposal, water/wastewater if necessary). Agreements and coordination with involved service providers and executing authorities of the city of Duesseldorf. 1.1.4. Creation and implementation of the security concept: definition and signage of the escape and Rescue routes. Planning of order and security service. Preparation of realistic crisis scenarios. Suggestions for visitor tour. Note: The item security concept includes both the action tent on Schadowplatz and the house of the university, which at all times only a defined number of people in different building areas may (total number: 340 visitors in the house of the university; 40 of them in the one-speed foyer and 150 in the lecture hall/basement; respectively...
