• Description:
• A modern high-field NMR spectrometer with a proton resonance frequency of 500 MHz is to be purchased for research in the chemistry department. The system is designed for routine and special measurements with a broadband room temperature probe head and must enable measurements on different cores and experiments under high and low temperature conditions. In addition to measurements of cores 1H and 13C, heterocores such as 11B, 15N, 19F, 29Si, 31P, 51V, 69Ga, 77Se, 109Ag, 119Sn, 195Pt and 207Pb can be detected. The system must also enable the implementation of corresponding homo- and heteronuclear two-dimensional correlation experiments, in particular COZY, TOCSY, NOESY, ROESY, HSQC and HMBC. Furthermore, experiments must be carried out Types 1H{19F}, 19F{1H}, 13C{1H,19F} and X{1H,19F} can be carried out. Both low-temperature measurements up to at least ?100°C and high-temperature measurements up to +150°C must also be possible.
