Description:
Non -open realization competition followed by a negotiation procedure. The competition takes place in coordination with the Berlin Chamber of Architects Berlin Corporation under public law. The basics of the competition are: the guidelines for planning competitions (RPW 2013), the award regulation (VGV).The Howoge Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH (hereinafter HOWOGE) was translated by the state of Berlin as part of the Berlin School Building Offensive (BSO), the construction of new school buildings in the field of high schools and secondary schools.
The services to be awarded concern general planning services for theConstruction of a community school at the future location Rohrdamm 31, Schuckertdamm 345 in the Spandau district (Siemensstadt). The planning task includes the construction of a new building for approx. 600 pupils of a newly growing community school (GEMS) along with a double sports hallA total of 6 indoor parts as well as the associated school-free and sports areas on a former sports field site, north of the Hochbahnstrasse ("Siemensbahn"), which was back into operation in 2028. The property currently dedicated as a sports area, in the water protection area ("propertyNord ") consists of a parcel with an area of approx. 19,246 m2. The new community school must be developed as including a focus school with the focus of the" spiritual development (GE) "in 2 trains until the end of SEK II.
