The construction project includes the planning and new construction of a two -field sports hall with a permanently built -in grandstand on the 1st floor at the location STS Finkenwerder, based on a FLB
The type of construction is deliberately kept open to the bidder, the chance too give, to bring in the already acquired know -how.
The planning package includes complete planning services from LP 3 HOAI, including achievement of the building permit.
The Hall construction fulfills the special "School" building. The gross floor area is approximately 1,900 m2. The structure is south of the undeveloped Part of the school property arranged and reached via the FW access.
Due to the soil quality, a pile foundation must be planned and carried out. There are three facade variants to prize Selection by AG.
