Description:
With the start of the federal funding for energy efficiency on January 1, 2019, various funding programs of today's Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK) were combined in the area of energy efficiency. The funding guideline has been revised several times since then and is currently operatingUnder the name "Federal Funding for Energy and Resource Efficiency" (EEW). The funding guideline is intended to increase energy and resource efficiency with regard to the goal of greenhouse gas neutrality by 2045 by investing the economy, the proportion of renewable energies in theProcess heating is expanded and the German economy is supported in their decarbonization. The EEW now consists of six modules, each with a bandwidth of different measures. Companies can be between oneChoose grant funding and the use of an interest -loving loan with repayment subsidy. In a funding competition, companies can determine the amount of the desired funding itself, whereby only a part of the applications for funding is selected and approved. Three supporters(Continuing) are commissioned to implement the program: the Federal Office for Economics and Export Control (BAFA), the Kreditanstalt fuer Weruf-Bau (KfW) and the VDI/VDE Innovation + Technik GmbH (VDI/VDE-IT). In order to check the legal use of the released funds, demandsThe Federal Audit Office enters the implementation of an on-site controls (VOK) of the systems built as part of the funding or implemented measures as part of sample checks. DENA is already in the context of federal funding for efficient buildings (BEG) and theirPreferred Pro-Gramen responsible for the implementation of VOK (since 2013 for residential buildings and since 2017 for non-residential buildings).
