Description:
The indoor pool in Saarburg, built in the 1980s, was flooded and massively damaged by the 2024 flood.
Preliminary examinations have shown that due to the lack of space in the existence and the necessary departure depth, a replacement building is more sensible than a general renovation. Through a Combi -in -house operation, including the existing outdoor pool, the prerequisites should be created to operate the bathroom as a combined bath of indoor pool and outdoor pool in the future.
In order to find the best draft based on the space and functional program, this implementation competition is carried out become.
The competition area has a total size of approx. 14,000 m2. The costs for the construction of the indoor pool, which are covered in the course of the feasibility study, amount to around € 22 million (net). For the outdoor pool renovation, the budget is approximately € 6.4 million (net).
The competition will as a not open realization competition in accordance with the RPW 2013. An application procedure is pre -switched to the competition. 15 participants are approved for the competition. Of these, 4 participants were named in advance by the runner.
After completing the competition, a negotiating procedure will be §14 Paragraph 4 No. 8 VGV.
