- As part of the New Work Initiative, the Investitionsbank Berlin (IBB) intends to comprehensively replace all end devices: converting the workstations from PCs to notebooks, replacing the technical equipment in the meeting rooms and all smartphones and tablets. For procurement of the end devices, framework agreements with a term of 4 years are to be concluded in a total of 4 lots: LOT 1 - notebooks and peripherals LOT 2 - monitors LOT 3 - smartphones LOT 4 - meeting rooms Each provider can also apply for one, two or all four lots. The surcharge per Lots will be awarded to the most economical offer, which may lead to a provider being awarded the contract for one, several or all lots.
