Description:
It is intended to build a city library on the property of the former Karstadt building in Bremerhaven as a "third place" as "Open Library" and an associated youth hostel, the functions of program work and as an extra -curricular learning location. Based on this Created feasibility study will have to be produced by a BGF of approx. 12,000 m2. The subject of this order is the required planning services of the structural planning planning based on the service phases 1 - 6 of Appendix 14 to the HOAI. The client intends the project to be integrated Project alliance (IPA) to carry out as part of a multi -party contract. The contractor will be willing to participate in this contract model and physical cooperation on a joint work location provided by the client with three presence days a week expected.
