For theCompensation for any competitive advantages, the plans approved by the building authority are made available to all applicants from the beginning of the participation competition via the award platform. The construction monitoring / object monitoring and documentation (LPH 8) as well as the property support (LPH 9) of the open systemsis advertised together with the architectural services due to the small scope of free system planning. The building permit granted on April 4, 2025 will also be made available to all applicants from the start of the participation competition via the awarding platform.
