Description: In HafenCity in Hamburg, an office building is planned for HafenCity Hamburg GmbH. The new building consists of a contiguous rectangle floor plan with protrusions in the building depth, and directly adjacent to the HafenCity heating power plant of Vattenfall heat Hamburg GmbH, on Dalmannkai 1 (built in 1996). Professional usage units on the ground floor and office space are provided in four upper floors, while the upper two floors deviate as relay floors with terrace surfaces from the base. The basement serves to accommodate technology and parking areas for bicycles, as well as the agricultural power plant for the cruise terminal Hamburg Cruise Center Hafencity is accommodated.
